In 2010, we have established the rubric "Support Tips" in our newsletter to deal clearly with the most frequently asked questions and to furnish you with all relevant information. Maybe your question is already there!

In our community's download area  - and, therefore, available 24/7 - you can find further technical documentation, such as operating instructions and release notes, and, of course, a whole host of other useful information on using our software.

Please address all technical questions to support(-at-)te-systems.de. Please give a detailed description of your question or problem in the e-mail. Should you have a problem concerning XCAPI, please include an XCAPI trace of the situation.

Trainings


As many customers prefer to be introduced to the functions and possibilities of our products quickly and efficiently, TE-SYSTEMS offers training courses specifically designed to meet their needs. In the company's seminar room, specially created for this purpose, the beginners and the more advanced can both learn many useful tips that will benefit their projects.
